1. General Provisions

These general conditions govern the use of the RideSamui platform and the relationships between users and partner rental agencies.

2. Rental Conditions

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license. A security deposit may be required by the agency.

3. Payment

Payment can be made online when booking or directly with the agency. Displayed prices include basic insurance.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up are free. Beyond that, fees may apply according to the agency's policy.

5. Liability

RideSamui acts as an intermediary between users and agencies. Liability in case of damage lies with the renter and the agency according to the rental contract terms.
